Payment

We accept PayPal on all online orders.  When you purchase your items and checkout you will be automatically directed to the secure  Paypal site to complete your purchase.  Please note that you do NOT require a PayPal account to make your credit card payment. If you do not have a PayPal account you may choose this option when directed to PayPal, and simply use your credit card to securely complete your payment.  If you prefer to pay by money order, or have other questions regarding payment options, please contact us.

Shipping

All orders are shipped through Canada Post, usually via airmail which is the quickest and most economical.  Flat rate shipping costs, and approximate delivery times are as follows:

Shipping in Canada - approx. 1 week for delivery

$20.01-$50.00 = $9.95

$50.01-$149.99 = $18.95

Shipping to U.S. - approx. 2 weeks for delivery

$0.00-$20.00 = $6.95

Shipping Internationally - approx. 3 weeks for delivery

The above delivery times are approximate...and sometimes customs can cause unforeseen delays.  We are not responsible for customs fees incurred during U.S. or international shipping, or for delays caused by customs services. We make every effort to ship within 48 hours of cleared payment.  If for any reason we anticipate a delay in order processing we will contact you by email to inform you of this. 

Sales Tax

All prices shown include all taxes, and are listed in U.S. dollars.  (7% sales tax will be added in Manitoba only)

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund using your original payment method (less shipping) Please contact us for fast, easy return instructions.

General Information

Please note that prints/colors may discontinue or be unexpectedly made unavailable by our supplier.  Every effort is made to ensure that our website is kept up to date and current with available stock, but if an item ordered will be delayed, or is unavailable we will contact you by email and do our best to offer an alternative, or offer a backorder option if possible.

All Funky Fleece fleece products are created using the highest quality 100% polyester anti-pill polarfleece.  It is completely machine wash and dry and will stand up to years and years of wear.  All fleece used has been thoroughly tested for flammability and adheres to the Canadian government strict guidelines for garment safety.  All jewelry, accessories, and Crochet Flower Headbands and Crochet Flower Hats (infants and girls) should always be used under direct parental supervision to prevent choking.

Custom Orders

We welcome custom order requests!  See a product on the website that you would like in an alternate print/color?  Interested in a group order, or a matching “set” of something?  Please contact us and we can most likely create something amazing for you!  Please note that custom orders are a final sale.

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and can be ordered online and sent to anyone around the world, and can be used by the recipient for their online ordering!
